Blinker socket, where to buy?
I can't find one anywhere, been to pep boys, napa, carquest, advanced, vatozone, etc.
This is the SOB in question... right front turn signal socket.
I believe I have my car sold, need to resolve this issue so I can close the deal.
Thanks in advance.

They have them at Autozone, Oreillys, etc for less than $20
If you look them up in the stores computer they won't be the correct p/n but if you match them up with thats on their shelves they will work just fine.
I got a pair from autozone and work just as OE but hell of a lot less in price. I think on the package it will say GM stop lamp socket but it is the exact same and takes a 3157K bulb as the OE corner lamp socket does.

I swear I used to have one in my box. I got it in the HELP section at one of them. I looked and I must have used it on the GTA.....
I would have hunted LKQ in Daytona till I found one I could have used.... Speaking of... I enjoy yard hunting. Wish I could find an av like mine with 243 heads for a song! lol

I just did mine 3 weeks ago....both sockets including butt connectors and bulbs.....around $20.00 total. The sockets are $5.99 each and they are very good quality. PepBoys and Advance have them as well as AZ.
Check this thread out, save a ton of money.

Likewise I've done mine. Id suggest putting electrical grease (same thing u put around spark plugs so it doesnt corrode. they are known to corrode quickly due to poor design. I got mine at autozone also, along with bulbs.

Well before I replace the sockets I need to replace the cracked housing they go in so water doesnt get in.
Actually does anyone know of how I can do some kind of bypass for the front turn signals? I was thinking of pulling them out and doing some kind of air vent to the brakes but I still want the rear turn signals to work. Anyone know how?

They are regular GM taillight sockets. All autostores have them. Dont be like toyota and trust a computer(lol) to tell you whether is on a wall or not when you can do it the old fashion way and look.
