Hi all we have made some excellent progress the show is growing daily we have made one major change to the event be believe is even better. The Westgate Lakes resort was unable to accommodate us on the amount of parking we needed for the event so Starling Chevrolet in Kissimmee, FL stepped in to take care of this for us we have the ability to put 250 cars in the area they are giving us IMHO this is a much venue.

We will be opening up the registration at Starling Chevrolet at 10am on Friday and closing at 4pm we will be cruising over to Old Town for the Friday night cruise-in (we are working on a police escort), Registration will open at 8am on Saturday for the car show and close at 11am with judging starting at 12pm.

This is our Suggested Itinerary for the weekend

Friday Itinerary
-Registration opens 10am
-Participants begin to arrive throughout the day they can clean the cars up and get situated
-Food vendor on site until 4pm
-50/50 going on all day, Raffle’s going on
-Registration closes at 4pm
-Cruise over to Old Town line up at 4:15pm depart at 4:30pm (cruise over at 9pm)
-Cruise over to Orlando Speed World line up at 4:45pm depart at 5:00pm (toll roads required)
-Friday evening Host Hotel parking lot gathering 6pm until whenever for those who would like to participate



Saturday Itinerary
-Registration opens 8am, Registration closes at 11am
-Participants begin to arrive throughout the day they can clean the cars up and get situated
-Food vendor on site until 4pm
-50/50 going on all day, Raffle’s going on
-Car show judging begins at 11am judges should be done by 2pm
-Awards at 4pm
-5pm wrap up at the dealership
-Attendees head out to dinner and gather back at the hotel for a parking lot hangout
Saturday Evening Optional after the show car cruises
-Optional car cruises (Tilted kilt by UCF 6-9pm, or Steak n Shake Lake Mary 6-9pm)

Sean, another quick question, once we register is our spot our permanent spot during the whole show, or is the spots limited to the out of town folks who are staying at the hotels. The reason I'm asking is that I live about 10 minutes away and don't need to rent a room for the night, when I retire for the day and go home will I have the same spot the next day I come to the show?
