I would run a 8" crank pulley and 2.95" SC pulley. Or 80T lower and 28T upper cog pulleys. The big decision maker will be what kind of heads are you running and what RPM are you going to run the motor to. The YSi redline is 65,000 rpm, but the guys at Vortech say the blower will make power to 80,000 rpm. The Ysi is very under rated.

According to YSILT1, the math comes out to about 58K blower RPMS with that pulley combo.
I'll probably go with a 8.25" Crank Pulley, therefore I need to go with about a 3.0"-3.1" SC Pulley to net me around that same RPM. This should more or less come out to 13-14psi?
Thanks again guys.

My reccollection is that the stock LS1 kit with aftercooler is the crank pulley (I forget the size, 8.xx?) + a 3.12 pulley.
I think I'd also suggest a 2.95 blower pullley. When I had my YSi combo five years ago, I ran a 2.85 pulley and made between 18 (680 rwhp 9.40@143) and 21.5 psi (no times). I buzzed it to 7000. I suggest getting a high flanged alternator pulley from ASP in Houston to keep the belt from riding off. I have heard the 3.8 liter idler pulleys are good too. Good luck.
