I think its safe to say mine is maxed, 7.65 crank pulley, 3.4" blower pulley, shifts at 6500 and crosses the traps at 7000 holding 3rd puts the blower at 64,575 RPM and max RPM from ProCharger shows 65k.

That's what came with mine, and I believe EPP has it on their site. Some have the 7.25 though.

9.6:1 and almost 19psi, seems to take a bit to make power through an A4.

If its the procharger 8 rib kit, then yes, its 7.65. The SDCE 8 rib kit uses a 7.25. The procharger 6 rib is a 6" i believe. But youd be stupid to try and max out a D1SC on a 6 rib setup.. The pulley needed to max out the D1SC depends on what RPM you spin your engine to, and the ratio of crank and blower pulleys you use. Multiply the engine rpm x the pulley ratio x the stepup ratio of the head unit.

it depends on what max rpm you plan to run at. if you choose 6500 rpm, and have a 7.25" pully on the crank then a D1sc will max out with a 3.1" pully. If you have a D1, it will max out at 6500 rpm with a 3.2" pully.
