Default Wastegate(s) question

ive asked a few people and cant really get a definative answer on this so all of a sudden i dont feel like a complete shmuck. basically im running dual 38mm Tial gates on my setup (twin turbo) which are pre-set to run 7.5psi total boost. i want to run 10psi of boost and would like to change my wastegate springs. now, do i change each spring with 5psi springs or a 10psi spring??? and i dont want to do it with a boost controller which i know i can do.

10psi since both gates will be opening based on a boost reference...that reference it boost pressure, not 1/2 boost pressure

think about it this way...if you put a 5# spring in both, the gates would open and bypass flow to the turbos at 5psi since both gates would get the same 5psi reference signal
