I am hoping to get a little help with my engine build and wanted to do somthing a little diffrent. I want to keep the build simple to start out with and the goal would be a solid platform for a mild mid 500 to the wheels. And yes i know this can be done on a stock LS1 with the right set up however i want this engine to be over built so i can get as much life out of this one as the last.

Here is what i was thinking.
Keeping the CR high at 10 to 1 with a good set of forged pistons and rods.
ARP head studs
LS6 oil pump
LS6 intake
Stock crank
Stock heads
