Default good turbo shop houston

I am installing a ls motor in my 1963 vette. I plan to add a one off turbo system. I need to establish a relationship with a local shop ( Houston ) . So as i plan and build and eventually have the shop install a turbo everything will go smoothly.
I am using a ls1 that i plan to add 72cc lq9 heads and run a sigle turbo 8-10psi. Hope for 550rwhp that is still dependable. Is that reasonable?
