Default 2 or 3 bar, maybe SD?

I have intensions to run between 15-20 psi. Would it hurt to just get the 3 bar just incase I was to ever turn it up a little more?

I would hate to buy a 2 bar and push it to the limit. I'd rather just spend the money on a 3 bar and call it quits.

In other words, would running a 3 bar under it's "intended use" cause any tuning problems?

Or maybe I should just go SD

2 and 3 bar ARE SD...

If you will be running over 15 psi with any regularity then 3 bar is what you want. If not, go 2bar for the extra VE resolution.

I did not know that... Thank god, I don't really want to deal with a MAF anymore

The "goal" for the car is to be straigh highway, 370, KYTP w/ TC78 (prob too small for the 370), th400 with 12 bolt and 2.73's... Pure bike killer, that's my main goal. So I'm hoping for 17-20psi on the bike runs with "hopefully" over 700rwhp on a awesome tune

I've read your threads many times and noticed that you exceeded the 30psi max on a 3 bar and wondered how you were doing your tune with more psi than the sensor would recognize. I won't have to use anything so complicated like that until I build something bigger and better in the future... This is my 1st project car and I'm only 24...

I can't imagine what my project car will be like when I'm in my 30's with much more knowledge than what I have now

The old shop car was a 370ci with a TC76. Made well over 700rwhp at 15lbs. Sneaked some 9.40's in the 1/4 too. You dont have anything to worry about there.

Hell yes, if it doesn't hold, I know of another T4 that would work

Just because it went a hair over 30psi, you had to run a 4 bar? I'm guessing running a 3 bar on 30.6psi caused some tuning problems?
