Default New Procharger and the fuel is running rich HELP!

I bought a Procharger D-1sc system from bob at exotic performance plus, i went to get on the dyno and it shows that the fuel is running too rich. I am new to the site, and hoping that some people will have any insight on this issue. Im sure i am leaving out some vital information and i will answer any questions to the best of my knowledge. Thank you in advance.

yes i took the PCM to the dyno shop and he tuned it to run, he was getting it ready to fine tune it and noticed the fuel was rich and originally thought there was a leak in the exhaust but later ruled that out.

find someone else to tune it,the fuel being rich is exactly what a tuner should be able to fix among other things

and any knowledgeable tuner should have a clue as to what is causing it,if it is not the tune

what injectors, what fuel pressure u running, can he not get the idle to lean out or is it way rich at full throttle,do you have a fuel pressure regulator?

I agree, a capable tuner should not have any trouble with this and should be knowledgable enough to understand your fueling requirements

If your not near a good tuner you could always have frost do a tune on your pcm so it'll run. Then take it and get it dialed in by a GOOD tuner!!...its nothing to play around with lol Look to some of the sponsors

Thanks for the nod, but he would save some coin just babying the car around until he gets in front of a person with a wideband who knows what they are doing.

i made the mistake of letting a hack tune my first setup (former sponser) and it cost me a motor. he couldent even get it to run on the MAF! And then he charged me an extra 100 bucks to tune it in speed density before he blew it up. GET IT TO A GOOD TUNER!

I agree with all of the above post, a good dyno operator/tuner should be able to correct a rich problem without a lot of difficulty. Bob

Look up the sponsor list and find a tuner/shop that is close to you?
And what software was the tuner using?
