Default Will I need a scavenge pump?

The turbo outlet sits right above the oil pan. But after I coming out I have a 90 degree -10 fitting, that goes about a foot about 90 degrees, then the fitting into my oil pan is a 90 that angles down about 1inch. There was interference from the steering rack, thats why I just can't run it angled the whole way.

maybe not... Mine is the same way so I made every efforet to evac the crankcase pressure. I have a # 10 in the vally and a #8 in the VC going to a vented catch can - so far so good. My turbo is a t76 ball turb from turbonetics and it does not require a lot of oil. You might have to try it. If it has issues, it will not be had install scavenge system.
