Default fmic d1sc help!

does anyone make this front mount intercooler kit or what?!?!?!?

for 98 camaro

i know you can get the d1sc with the twin coolers, but i want the fmic.

thanks aj also i know that epp does not do it anymore.

EPP makes one I think. I have the intercooler if you want to buy it. I went bigger.

Just buy a large FMIC for with inlet and outlet close to where you need them, then you can easily fab up some mounting brackets and if you use couplings on your piping, you will have some play in it. Should work fine.

Yep, you can get ptreety much everything you need minus a BOV for about $400 using ebay & Jeg's. Thats the route I'm goin.

I'm gonna use a ebay intercooler, (2) "U" shaped mandrel bends from Jegs & a TiAL 50mm BOV from ebay.

Just notch your bumper support & mount the IC there and trim the foam out of the way. There are several threads showing how people have mounted them with plenty of pics too.

Make sure you use good quality silicone, 4 or 5 ply. Don't use the cheap OBX stuff. T Bolt clamps are also preferred over standard band clamps. Bob

^^^This is the kit I am going to get. It is not a direct fit/bolt-on kit. But it shouldn't take too much fabrication to get it to work nicely on a Fbody.
