Help with bov, iat sensor and Methanol nozzle placement
#2
blow off should be BEFORE the maf (i.e. between turbo and maf)
IAT should be closest to the TB
meth should be between MAF and IAT with a straight shot to the TB, so not on a curve or before a curve.

I am running MAFless, and my setup goes meth (actually running 100% water), BOV, IAT.
I have a couple curves in my setup prior to the TB...still works great. Also, the further your water/meth nozzle from the IAC, the more chance it has to evaporate and cool the charge that the ECM is seeing. If not, you may have a nice and cool charge in the cylinders, but the ECM will pull timing and add fuel because the IAC is artificially high.

also, depending what kind of BOV you are running (if it has a rubber diapragm in it), the meth will dry it out as well, so I always recommend running meth AFTER the BOV.
