Oil coming out of bov

A buddy of mine has a 2010 Camaro LS3 procharged d1sc and has oil all over the blow off valve.Any ideas would be great.

If the blower is oil cooled, it could be a seal. If not, the only other thing would be if they did something crazy with the PCV system.
