Default lq4 rod bolts stock bottom end

I am trying to make 650 rwhp on a stock lq4 short block is it worth it to get ARP rod bolts? Will I have to have the rods resized?

just take out one and replace one rod bolt at a time, no need to resize.

Keep the rpms down and the stock rod bolts are fine.
