No such thing as budget turbo build- cheap = broke sooner than later
Buy a S475 from Forced Induction, MPT76q, MP45, or used twin Buick turbos.
Ebay 45 is smaller compressor than all of these last time I saw compressor measurements of one posted.

You need to fill us in on the details. What's the vehicle, transmission, fuel system, goals (ET & power), etc. Drag or street car?
The BW S4xx turbos will make enough power to put a 4000lb car in the 9s. They are also cheap and reliable. The only downside is their large physical size and weight.

call rob @ modular turbo. when i was in your shoes he helped me with accurate information and way fair pricing. and as far as budget goes, it is totally possible to do it on the cheap. you just need pencil and paper and remember the small stuff, like an fittings are 6ea. and v-bands are 30 bucks a pop, etc. it all adds up fast so just "budget" for them and you'll be fine. i have ford 80's which i think are deka's. just be sure the pattern is right. if kmracer has a clean set for 200. thats pretty good.
