6262.

i think the 5862 would be a beast for a stock car wanting like 600 horse.
but with your goal of 800 the 6262 would be better.

6262 IMO is too much compressor for the stock cube guy wanting 800 or less. I'd stay with 5862. Considering its a 35ish R replacement, it would be too lazy for a street car. 5862 is **** for sure!

I'll play. lol.

Sent a CHRA in and they examined it. lol.

We hashed out all the possibilities and price. lol.

I was just trying to help the community but no one took it seriously. lol.

So I'm just having a pair made for me. lol.

Don't have all the funds yet because of real life and stuff. lol.

I may or may not post an update when I get it done. lol.

Louis, is the 5862 smaller then the gt35 and the 6262 is bigger??

i think the 5862 is rated at like 65lbs and the 6262 is like 75. ( dont quote me. lol)

i am very new to turbos and trying to figure all this out but i thought it would have made a little more
making 950 with a 416 through a 4l80 and gt35s at 19lbs so i cant really justify the cost of the 6766s I'm very confused just when i think I'm learning about turbos and wat the next step is now i start over

Yeah sounds like you got a great little combo. But I have a small cam 227/230 and this is through stock exhaust, and very conservative timing cause thats on 93+meth. GL! SDUNN's car did 1350 with 6766's on like 22lbs I think. Besides your not comparing apples to apples with your dyno vs another one seen them be considerably off. They are tunning tools so as long as the gains are seen I don't really concern myself with them to much. Oh and it made 950 on 15lbs so I know that Ive just hit a restriction, probably the exhaust being the major culprit.

DKT with the 6766's have 2-3 guys well above 1400 and devin just told me of a guy pushing over 1500 on a 427 C6 with 28 or 30 psi.... something like that on pressure...

but like Inspector said... just a tuning number.

To the manifolds and down pipes yes. Well if you have external WG. But I will tell you the inlets will need to be fabbed and if no external WG they will need to be converted. You will probably have to do a little grinding on the K member to make the transiton to the new inlets like I did. Only a 3" cover as well. No way to get a filter of anykind on the 4" inlets. Hope that helps.

Those fit just fine with the DKT/BMR K-member and the ported covers will work on the F-body just fine.

Mine do not fit they are pinned against the frame. The only way to run them with the ported covers that came with them would be to notch the frame.
