Default Single intercooler set up

If you go with a one intercooler system do you need to relocate the air pump and cruise control????, the reason im asking is because i have a 2 intercooler system sitting in my garage but i dont have the relocation brackets for the horn and air pump and those would coast around $200. if i dont need them or dont need one of them i think i should just put that money to a one intercooler set up and be done with it. At this point im not going to run over 8 lbs of boost to brake the engine in and because my rear end would not handle it at this point.

the horn bracket can just be bent out of the way and who needs the air pump? remove that **** and save a little weight and clean up the engine bay makes it a lot easier to work on with the air system removed
