How much power on 92lb injectors on E85 with meth injection?
I've got a set of 92lb @ 4bar injectors and an red Aeromotive eliminator pump (-12 in, -10 out).
Trying to figure out how much HP I can squeeze out of these injectors. I have a meth kit on the car so I am considering using two 14gal/hr nozzles that will come in at 10psi to help with the fueling.
Any idea how much HP this fuel system would be good for? Combo is a forged 370ci w/S475 T6 @ ~20psi.

That's interesting. My mix of methanol to water is about 70/30 and it woke it up big time. It is like hitting the nitrous button. It pulls my 4000lb car to a 118mph in the 1/8th. I haven't tried it with pure methanol yet but want to at some point.

I doubt you would see much more than 750 to the rear tire before you would need larger injectors to stay safe.. Anyway that would be my best guess.
Meth will take you higher than that
I had 120# injectors and went lean into 12`s afr comanding 127# duty cycle at 825rwhp

There's issues with "puddling" when you spray a lot of Methanol with E-85. I started doing a lot of homework as I'm currently switching over to E-85 and the general consus is to be carefull. It can be done and I'll be doing it myself but I plan on going to a smaller nozzle and switching location to right after the intercooler to give it a little further distance to atomize and absorb into the intake charge. I don't have all the info here at work but the way the methanol reacts with the E-85 causes it to "Puddle" and not evenly distribute and fuel improperly. Anyone else hear or read about this?

Lets just say they dont play nice together, which i dont believe, the methanol is vaporized before it reaches the injectors.
