Default Boost Reference Reg

Wasn't sure if this should go in NA discussion or boosted discussion.

I'm building a LS combo for my car that will be driven NA until next season at which point I'll be going blow thru on E85 with a Procharger. I'd like to buy parts once so I'm ordering the Magnafuel ProStar 500 pump kit that comes with a regulator. My question is can I use a boost referencing regulator and plug the boost port until I add the blower? Or would I be better off using a smaller regulator and just upgrading to the larger, boost referencing one later?

yes, you can still use the ref. regulator. You can even leave the vacuum line hooked up to it. Its no different that a turbo car driving around without going into boost.
