I'm wondering how much i would really pick up swapping to 1 7/8 LTs(Procharged car)
I've been rocking my 1 3/4 pacesetters for around 3 years now and have been working great, ran 12.73 NA with them with a few bolt ons and have been still making good numbers and track times with them. At this point in time im trying to pick up some power here and there and really debating on finally selling my pacesetters and making the switch to some Kooks 1 7/8. I'm debating if the power gain is worth the cost. Little over 800 i would spend for new headers and im sure i could sell my pacesetters for 250 or so. Now i haven't dynoed my car on my current pulley i went the 10.55 on but it was 668 with around a psi or so less. To me if i can pick up 20-30HP it will be worth the switch in my book.
Any advice or proven results would be great!

Go with the Kooks signature series, which would provide you the best of both worlds. I can't remember where I saw it, but on ls1 gto's they were making about 10-15 more than the pacesetters on NA cars. I think with the swap you could gain close to 25-30 more hp with your setup.

I got rid of my pacesetters and went with kooks 1 7/8 caused picked up a F1A. Prochargers love to breath so it would be worth the swap I think along with a cutout. I picked up 70rwhp opening the cutout when I had pacesetter 1 3/4. Didn't get to dyno the new setup cause the motor took a **** on me.

I ran the JET HOT version 1-3/4(several years) and switched to KOOKS 1-3/4 stepped to 1-7/8. Gains were worth the change for me. I picked up 30RWHP & 33RW torque. Debated going straight out 1-7/8, but also kept in mind what future plans would also be. The drop in boost I only lost 1psi. and gained on both sides so to me it was worth it.
