Really looking forward to this! My new combo involves a F1X as well so I'm really interested to see how you get this sorted out. I think your going to need more injector though lol. My base will be a 427ci, F1X (Sprag as well), E-85 and I'm thinking I'm going to go a little higer on the static and see how she does. Following this on for sure!

I wanted to do a air to water intercooler system for this build so there would be no restrictions and better efficiency. I don't have the equipment or the fabrication skills that were needed for this project so I had a Local Saint Louis area welder/fabricator, Matt from HTP, take it on. His fabrication is top notch, and welds are like a machine's.

Inlet and outlet ports for the ice/water tank

Inside the tank has a mesh welded in to keep ice chunks from getting in the suction side and pump

this is my heat exchanger

the guts of the intercooler

The core is 12"x7.75"x6", good enough for 16-1800 HP.

Thanks guys. There has been progress, but no major updates as of yet. There is a lot of work to be done still, but it is getting close.

I am running House of Boost's Aeromotive drop in Eliminator fuel pump with -8 Feed and -6 return, and running Injector Dynamics ID1000 Fuel injectors. It's a really nice, clean system that has been working well on a few cars that I've done locally.

If the heads lift, it definitely wont be the first time LOL. I have a feeling I will be sending the block to ERL for the 6 bolt rail modification. I have an invention that I will be using to *hopefully* be a little easier on the engine and the way the boost comes on. More on that later.

Well, here is a little update.....She's getting real close. Powdercoating everything, running water lines, some other odds and ends, and see what she will do!
