Default Going to build my spare motor for boost

Today I pulled the tranny and motor out of my 02 Z28 with 10,858 miles. It was sitting for about 1.5 years since I bought it so I thought I'd get off my *** and get to work. I've decided I want to build it for boost so what parts will I need? Forged internals? What kind brand?

Anyone? What would it be capable of on pump gas (91) with forged internals H/C?

Well IMO...keep the stock crank for 1000 +/- turbo horsepower, OR 800 +/- supercharged horses. Anything more and look into getting a aftermarket crank for added protection. <---- this is just a estimate.

As for pistons and rods, you'll get a lot of replies here.
