Default Radiator hoses for dual pass?

I was wondering what some of you have used to make hoses for your stood up radiators. I should be able to use stock lower hose but I'm going to need to make one for the upper. If anyone has done this please let me know.

I'm having a dual pass built right now. I had built one myself but goofed on the last minute and punctured a tube.

Anyway...you can use a stock upper hose and clip it...use a 1.25 inch mender with beadrolls.

I built an aluminum tube.

Do you feel like the bead rolls are necessary? I feel like hose clamps would hold fine... I don't know anyone with a bead roller.

I would certainly bead roll a radiator tube. You can easily make a tool from a pair of pliers and an exhaust clamp. People have intercooler pipes slip off all the time from not having bead rolls, a radiator is pressurized to up to 15psi.
