Texas speed and performance 408 or 421 turbo

I need help choosing a short block what u guys think would be better tsp 408 or 421 short block for a turbo setup I want to make 900-1000 hp ? Thank you

Which block are you talking about?
if LQ9 then 408ci

I concur. The 421 they offer is for N/A guys.
