Vacuum plenum ???
Hey guys I'm redoing the entire vacuum system in the car. I'm running everything to a vacuum manifold. I have already plumbed the dash board vacuum line to the manifold. Now I'm getting rid of all the little vacuum lines around the engine computer area.
My question is can I eliminate the vacuum "plenum" that is behind the passenger head light ? Or should I plumb this up to the manifold ? This is on a f body camaro BTW.
Also I have eliminated all the vacuum operated emission equipment from the intake manifold.
The only things in the car that need vacuum is...
Boost gauge
Bypass valve
Fuel pump hobbs switch
Meth pump
HV/AC ***** in dash board
Thanks Guys.

If you remove it your HVAC stuff will need to be seperate and have a check valve and the canister in place if you want them to function like factory.
Since the HVAC doors are controled by vaccum if you don't keep the canister they will move under WOT. Also you don't want pressure going to them as the need for a check valve
