No travel limiters as I never expected the car to do this at 4100lbs. I got a bunch of stuff to fix including the k-member and an oil pan.

Probably get the shocks adjusted real tight, get some crash bars, and look into limiters.

And you're making this kind of power on a stock pcm? Nice build. I probably missed it but are you still using a hydraulic roller cam?

Great work.

quick question ont he exhaust-I see you are twin 3.5 to at least the firewall, but then I cant find anything after that. Are you running a full exhaust? Pics? If full exhaust have you dyno'd with the exhaust off to see if there is any power there?

Thanks!

The exhaust is dual 3.5 until about the starter area and it merges into a merge pipe with cut-outs and then is connected to Mufflex 3.5 catback system that runs out the back. No power differences between open and closed on the dyno but I can tell the different on street when its closed up.

Having full exhaust on the street is alright even if I lose 150hp closed the car is still making 800-900 wheel, seems to help with traction issues.

HAHA, sorry for the confusion! I never dyno'ed the car with full exhaust.

I would get minimum .96 AR housing maybe even bigger. I am going from .81 to .96 currently. I do have a lot of cubes though.

Are you expecting to gain anymore HP or top end from the bigger AR housings? I opted for the .96 AR on my new billet 7575's. They are also going on my ERL super deck 427.. hope they spool pretty quick... about what rpm are you expecting boost to come on with the new AR's?

OK, not a very informative response but OK, "it does what it does" is sufficient enough for inquiring minds...

I can certainly let you know when they are on the car as to what they spool at. I am not going to pretend to know something that I don't.

I am sure they will be full tilt between 3700-4000 rpms maybe lil sooner.

I'll bet you could really take the car to another level with a Powerglide. If North Texas is still Watching, Is the converter a 265mm core or something smaller? How many windows in the stator?

The car has way more than enough power to overcome the weight. From the looks of the videos the low gear is making the car way to aggressive causing the OP to tame it down in the Launch RPM, boost and tune probably as well. If it left with a 1.80 you'd be cranking the power up and making clean passes.

Just my .02. Lots of very heavy cars relying on PG for the Max E.T
