we are ready to start modifying the factory fuel tank. what is a good shape to design the bucket/baffle for the fuel pumps. this is an E-85 combo using (2) walbro 450 pumps to aftermaket fuel rails to a mallory 4309 regulator back to the tank.
Do you just place a couple of holes in the bottom of the sides to allow fuel to flow into the bucket or fabricate some flaps like an oil pan to control the sloshing of fuel?
The pumps can flow about 1 gallon in 20 seconds so it looks like the bucket/baffle needs to be about 1 gallon in volume to max out the fuel pumps capability.

ideas?
