Default Fuel question for FI

I am having a 408 built for my 99TA . The motor will be supercharged with a Novi 2200 with LSA heads . My questions is can I use a Kenny bell boost a pump and twin 340s in the tank and get away without running a return line , or I have to run a return line ? I am looken to run 18psi and limit it with a wastgate to like 8-10psi for street . I am looken to make 650 + more would be better .lol

Twin 240s?

18 psi on a 408 should make a lot more than 650.

If youre going this far, why not set up a return line? Or at least run a corvette regulator.

i ran into trouble fueling returnless setup in a firebird around 600-700
we switched to return and it has a 255 and a 400 in the stock tank

still using returnless stock rail, just hitting a regulator right before the rail.
