I have a few small things. I'll upload the pics tomorrow. This is a busy month for me, so unfortunately there won't be much progress.

I decided to change my fuel tank setup. Rob at Chiseled said it will be done next week. Should be a really slick setup.

Can't wait to see it. As for my fuel , I'm thinking custom stock tank (deeper overall for 2 Caddy CTS-V fuel pump modules)from Rick Stainless tank w/ custom straps cause the Nova is back half , but I want the trunk back for luggages. Good luck w/ ur build.

August was a busy month, but finally an update on this build.

Even with the tight radius cast aluminum 3 inch 90*, It was still to close the the roll bar and manifold. I decided to cut about an inch and a half off the turbos to gain some room. I welded some 3 inch tube the the compressor housings to be able to clamp them in the bandsaw.

Then welded the aluminum elbows on the housings.

Then I made the 3 inch aluminum charge pipes from the turbos to the intercooler.

I thought about putting the BOV's on the top of the intercooler.

But decided to put them on the 4 inch aluminum charge pipe.

I also picked up this custom 3 chamber tank from Robert at Chiseled Performance. He was great to deal with. Great communication, great quality, on time, and for the original quote.

It's about 14.5 gallons for 87 octane, 5 gallons for e85, and 7.5 gallons and a rule pump for water.

Awesome work. When you get a chance, please post some detailed pictures of how that one-piece front clip attaches to the rest of the car.

I haven't felt movement like this below the belt in years...bless you, sir...bless you.

Amazing work. Inspiring to me...with a fizzling project.

My angle grinder is still one of my most used tools in the shop.

That tank is badass, never seen something like that.

What's something like that cost?

Mind if I ask where did you get the piping for the headers or where is a good place to get it. I don't need flanges just the piping thank you.

Cheaper than 3 aluminum tanks from Summit.

Made a wedge to slant the tank a little towards the sumps and cut the floor.

Added a couple fuel level senders to the tanks.

Made some brackets to mount the fuel pumps and trans cooler under the trunk.

I spent a few days building AN lines. -10 feed and -8 return for the E85. -6 for the pump gas. -4 for turbo oil feed, steam lines, and vacuum lines.

Steam lines

Made a bracket to mount the FPR to the valley cover.

I didn't want the steam line fittings rattling on the valley cover so I mounted them to an aluminum bridge type thing. It also allowed the return line to run under it.

I love these tall intakes. Room for all kinds of stuff.

-10 oil drain for turbos.

Block drilled and tapped to mount alternator.

I'm also using an LS2 water pump spaced out to match fbody accessories. The flatter pulley on the pump let me get the intercooler closer to the engine.
