Long over due update, and a few details I didn't add before.
The intercooler came with 3/4" water fittings. I drilled those out and replaced them with 1" to match the water pump and have a little better flow thru the core.
Kind of tricky getting this big I/C in the drill press.
I made some brackets to hold the water lines out of stainless tube I had laying around. Cut it in half and weld together.
The exhaust is dual 3.5" aluminum.
Made some hooks to uses OE style rubber hangers.
I started putting the factory core support back in and decided it was to bulky. So I cut the front of the frame off and made the core support out of tube chromoly and aluminum.
