Really nice work! Is that water/vapor kit something you bought or you made it?

It's something I put together. The fittings on the heads are made by Trick Flow part# TFS-30600611. The rest is just -4 hose and fittings.

I'm still waiting for you to show me your trick for cutting braided hose.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to it too. That first burnout is going to be very joyous or very detrimental.

Ridiculous build man, and awesome fab work! Giving me some great encouragement to do mine like I plan to.

I only have two questions....your fuel tanke setup is all aluminum, correct? If it is, are you not worried about the E85 corroding the aluminum? I didn't think you could use an aluminum tank with E85, because it would cause extreme corrosion. Isn't that why manufacturers use plastic and stainless?

If I am wrong, that just means I learned something new.

Keep up the excellent work!

I think a lot of people use to assume there would be problems with e85 with no real proof. Fuel rails are aluminum and I don't hear of issues. Keep moisture out of the system and there should be no issues.

We have no issues with our drag cars with E85, E98, or any mixture of E98 and Q16, and most of the cars have welded aluminum tanks.

cut off wheel on a grinder cuts as straight as you can aim and smooth as butter. I've been stubborn about wrapping the cut point with tape, but it does help.

I'm a big fan of a large extremely sharp chisel, a 5# hammer, and an anvil for cutting braided SS hose. Super clean cut, zero fraying, and no shavings/dust to worry about contaminating your system.

get the AN hose cutter from summit/allstarperformance. I will never go back to tape/cutoffwheel or chisel at all.

I will buy a quality AN hose cutter for the next project. I had a cheap one years ago that sucked. I've been using a cut off wheel with good results for the last few projects, but I don't like taking the time to clean out the lines every time.

I've tried the chisel thing several times and I can't get it to work well at all. The koul tool makes assembly much easier. Well worth the money.

^^need more pics!

The only thing I don't like about it is having all those hose clamps holding back water that could ruin the car. I know Ray had that happen to him, which is what made me put AN hoses on mine.

Ditto, I watched Ray hit the wall in Indy, and now I have AN radiator hoses too.
