External turbo leak.

External turbo leak. Twin ebay t3. Identical oil drains and feeds. Driver side has a leak on the exhaust side. leaking from the point were the center section meets the turbine housing. Its mounted level with the ground and drain is 10an. Should i just buy a rebuild kit? This is a freash install first time turbos have spun.
