Corvette Build v2.0

I don't know how I lucked out living 15 min from ProCharger, but getting help from those guys has been huge since day one when I first had a p1sc.
I knew my 8-rib tensioner pulley would be too narrow, but wasn't sure what the other options were since ProCharger has 8 and 12 rib setups, but nothing in 10-rib.
They gave me a 12-rib pulley to try first, but at 2.3" it was too wide. I went back and they managed to find a wider 8-rib pulley for non-vettes that looks like a perfect fit and gave me 2 different diameter options to help belt fit. They even helped find the correct stand/spacers for the bearing so it would line up with my 10-rib bracket.
Original 8 rib, 2 new non-vette 8 ribs:

Dropped the fuel tank and started the walbro 450 install
Here's an old LS3 pump:
Here's the Z06 pump I'm replacing... it kept dropping pressure to ~20psi after 300 miles of use on e85. Not sure if it's a dirty filter problem or what. This deep into the car I'm just upgrading the pump.
Z06 vs Walbro 450 (much more similar than LS3 pump)
The walbro uses a different filter and doesn't have the capability to fill the bucket like the stock pump. This requires modifications to the bucket. Also, the pump needs to be mounted high enough the filter won't be smashed since the bucket bottom is compressed against the bottom of the tank.
I decided to use part of an old pump I had laying around to make a 'spacer' to raise the pump
I tried to use the bottom retainer, but the pump was still too low and also needed further modification to the bucket.
With the pump being higher I had to trim the upper fuel assembly
The plastic corregated fuel tube I got from Racetronix won't fit over the nipples so I need to figure that out, then drop it in.

Nice write dude, as always. Great info, since the C6 fuel systems are such a nightmare(getting into them) nobody ever does this kinda R&D...and shares it. When I switched over to E85,....it's very detergent like,..it'll clean your whole fuel tank/system hardcore....my fuel filters where both gummed up QUICK. Like really quick. Maybe some -4 or -6 blue pushlok(submersible) hose would fit the barb fitting....with a clamp for security.
Props for the determination. I hate working with C6 tanks(or late C5's).

It bugged me to use the submerged rubber hose so I went back and figured out a way to get the plastic tube to work... took a few messed up tubes to get it right.
Heated and expanded the tube in stages using some sockets
Cut the original pump wires and installed the quick connect
I also decided to have the driver side fuel rail machined down to fit with more space

Installed the trans... it's always entertaining to have my wife try to push the cart forward while I line up the input shaft, lol. She knows an impressive amount of technical info about cars after all the times I've needed a second set of hands.
Really happy with how the fuel line and rails turned out. Everything including the flex fuel sensor are hidden pretty well. All I need to do is reinstall the inlet and outlet charge pipe.
