ls3 heads or prc heads
hey guys I wanna know the best head out that performs well for a turbo build. 2 heads in particular are the spdc ls3 heads. I like the cfm they are putting out. and I know a turbo is all about velocity and airflow. then there are the prc 247cc heads. they have flow well also. well first here's my build in the making. a stock block 408 cam 233/235 113 lunati rotating assembly. pt94mm f trim 1.0 a/r t6 holley ls tunnel ram intake 92mm tb. all of this is goin in a 3rd gen Camaro th400 9in 3.50 gears. now what head will be best beneficial for a hi hp boost motor? I can spend less n get the ls3 heads or spend a lot more and get the prc heads. or is it just a personal preference? I've been doin some research and I came across guys with FI setups running the stock heads but just working em out n making crazy power. since I did that I was leaning towards the ls3 heads. but if yall have another opinion or can explain to me whats the best route to go with I will follow suit

The best route is whatever is easier on the wallet.
You didn't specify your goals, but chances are any of the stock castings, even cathedrals, with a good port job will still fit the bill.
