Got my hot side done. Gotta pull the damn head on passenger side cause of a broken bolt that I didn't notice the first time. Cold side piping came in yesterday so their really shouldn't be much of a hold up if I can just get motivated. Anyone know the measurements to cut the access hole to pull th fuel bucket?

I've started on the dual walbros and I've been looking into the actual wiring I need to use. I've read a few threads but I'm just seeing not to use PVC coated wire. Having problems finding it, does anyone have a link to some they used or better suggestions?

Does anyone know where to order the elbow for the GT45? I've heard Denmah talk about it but can't remember where it was that he ordered them. Also curious about the wastegate piping, it looks to be 1 3/4 for the
38mm emusa. Anyone else know for sure?

Fuel system done. Finally mounted turbo for first time today, it turned out really good.
Before I wrap this, I need advice on the o2 sensors. I know I can run without them but it affects tuning. I am a first time tuner ON FI, so what does everyone recommend? Should I run them or not, I'm ready to paint and wrap the hotside. Need advice here.. Please chime in.

Lookin really good man, keep up the good work!
With respect to o2 sensors, I would keep them in and run closed loop. It will help driveability immensly even if the tune is pretty rough/off (not sure if this is a street car), and you can always have them in and just put the car in open loop if for some reason you wanted to.

I used a cut off wheel to get it as close as possible. Once I got the majority if it cut/busted out, a took a metal toothed hacksaw blade to finish the cut against the firewall.. It worked like a glove, just gotta be patient. By the way, make your own delete panel, it's really simple and can probably be done in an hour.

Well, the car is on the home stretch right now. I'm getting ready to hopefully place my last order for parts. I need some quick advice on a couple things.
SPARK PLUGS... Plan on running th br7ef and I've searched for, them but can't seem to find anything that says that exact plug. When I do a search on Summit, it pulls up ngk 3346. Does anyone know that's the part number?
EXHAUST... If all goes well, I'll be swapping to a Borg next winter. Will a 4" be ok on this little GT45? I can neck it down to 3.5 but its going to be easy enough either way, just looking for advice. Running out the front fender.

Ok, need some more recommendations. Ordered all my parts Saturday to finish. Only thing that I know I'm lacking is pushrods. When I'm trying to check them, their just collapsing. If I just leave the injectors unplugged, will rolling the motor over for a few seconds hurt anything? Figured that's the only way to build oil pressure.
And, what kind of oil does everyone recommend?
