I'm really thinking about doing a on3 turbo build with my Trans am. I'm looking for any advice I can get. Like what to get and any issues I might run into while doing the turbo install. I have done turbo builds in the past. Just none on a ls car. I know I will need a turbo k member. I want to keep the A/C in this car.

Good luck man, from what ive seen in here people have moved the radiator, alternator, taken the front bumper off to weld up an intercooler bracket, definitely leave enough room in the front for a bigger trans cooler, i see a lot of people use truck mani's, you might be able to use the stock ones on your car (idk), i know i left a lot of info out but thats what i can remember atm. Other turbo guys are sure to come in here eventually. You have built turbo cars before so you have a great idea what its gonna take to do it right. Power goals?

Search a guys name on here, it was something like evil99z I think.. He had done a few of the on3 builds and it talks about the things that worked well with the kit and what you needed to look for.

There is also a sticky about turbo builds for new guys not saying your a new guy but id assume itll be a good refresher for ya.

just finished mine. 5.3 lm7 stock lower end. 76mm on3 running 9 psi. for now. made 473 to the tires thru a shitty converter,4l60e and 9" rear.
