5.3 which heads ? Thanks
I am mocking up a front mount turbonetics t-70 with
.96 ar exhaust . It's going to be completely stock 5.3 with 2-1/2 "crossover . My question is while removing the 862 heads to install MLS gaskets and head studs . Would I benefit by going with a set of good stock 853 heads from an old ls1 of mine ? I plan on trying to run around 10 psi . Does the 2" valve and drop in compression help ? The SONOMA is light weight . So I think a little power loss off boost won't matter much to me . Thanks

Turbonetics t70 .96ar
I got the turbo in a trade for my long tubes . And the 5.3 is completely stock . So for now I was hoping to use that turbo . With a 3" air to air intercooler . With around 12 # . Then down the road step up to forged rods and Pistons with other work like port work , custom grind and bigger t4 turbo .
