Default should i get a spacer for my vic jr

its a 5.3 l33 s475 6 speed c5z

just throwing the idea around about maybe getting the 1 inch spacer. hat kinda gains if at all could it get me. I was going to buy all arp 12pt bolts for the intake, so I figured I should make a decision now before I have to buy intake bolts twice lol

If you have hood clearance, and its cheap, it's probably worth a test.

im cutting the stock hood so clearance isn't a concern.

haven't found any real testing on boost cars. anyone have some numbers from the swap?

Not sure it'll help, but I can almost say with certainty it won't hurt.

It does help straighten the airflow out a little bit as well for a minor improvement in distribution.

I put an inch spacer on mine...couldnt say whether it made any difference or not.

But it was cheap and in theory it cant hurt, and may offer a benefit...so dont really care

The short side turn on the elbows are tight, so a spacer just makes sense if you have the room.
