Trying to decide if i want to run c16, or 93 and meth...Any thoughts on this? How much more power would I be able to make on the C16? I'd like to see 1,000hp at the crank, this doable with my setup?

It'll be a stretch. Tune better be spot on but I could still be a disaster waitin to happen on a stock motor and those kind of numbers.

93 and meth gets my vote

in a mud truck you would be crazy not to go with c16 over 93. there are very few mud trucks that keep there engine temp totally in check and not being able to do that with pump gas is asking for a disaster, run c16 and spray meth.

Yea I've had some cooling issues with my past trucks, this radiator and fan combo was in my last one, and it does a really good job. I'm not stuck on the 1,000 to the flywheel, that would just put me right around all the BBC trucks around here, for a 1/4 of the cost, and I was told that I couldn't do it so I'm going to shoot for it. As soon as I get my cam, and meth I'll be headed to dyno it on a Superflow engine dyno, and just step it up slow.

Took it out and tried it out this weekend, everything held together good besides a few water pump issues. Only got one video of it.

Nice! Did you end up getting any dyno numbers?

No didn't have time to get it on the dyno, literally finished it up once we got up to the event. Left it on low boost and timing, running e85.

Took the truck to a local spot, ran good all day, then took a turbo out on the last hole that I hit.

Lost my drivers side turbo here, the filter got coated with mud a few hours before this, and the turbo damn near sucked it inside out before the filter let loose and let all kinds of mud and water into the turbo.

Put a new turbo on, and I'm currently plumbing the intake for them into the cab to keep em dry

I'm not sure if 'back washing' your intercooler would be enough to get the sand or whatever was in the mud out..... Definitely has some clogged passages!
Great fab work man!
That last hole looked deeeep!
