New Accessory Products for those guys running Borg turbos....
Spent some time working with Solidworks recently to come up with some flanges for the S400 series Borg turbos because I wasn't really happy with what there was to work with currently.... So I designed my own line of Compressor outlet and Downpipe flanges.
These are the Compressor discharge flanges for the standard and V2 Race cover units. Left is the flange for 3.0 inch tubing, Middle is 3.5, Right is for the big boys running 4 inch cold side tubing. The 3 inch flange has a taper built into to create a smooth stepless transition from the compressor housing down to the ID of the 3 inch piping...
The 4 inch was designed with a radius flare out to match the ID of a 4 inch tube....
For the downpipe flanges... I wanted to make something nice and easy to weld up... So I made the flanges with an actual register for the pipe and left a .200 wide shoulder around the tubing to be able to facilitate a quality weld..
I probably get questioned on a daily basis about using 4 inch downpipes on the T6 S400 housings due to space constraints for guys not wanting to do fender dumped exhaust... Up until now... the only way to do that was to get a 5 inch stub, weld on a reducer cone to 4 inch, then start your downpipe in 4. Now it will be as simple as just welding on a flange. Just like with the compressor dishcharge flanges... I concentrated on making a smooth transition to the smaller cross section to prevent as much turbulence as possible....
The Compressor discharge flanges are going to be in aluminum only and Priced at 34.99 for the flange with O ring. ... The downpipe flanges are going to be in both Mild Steel and Stainless steel. I have the 3 inch flanges currently in stock and I'm waiting for the 3.5 and 4.0 flanges to arrive. The Downpipe flanges will follow shortly thereafter. Pricing on them is yet to be determined.
Hope you guys Like em!!!

Very nice looking pieces John! I will give you a call when I am fabbing up mu cold side and mention these to my buddy who is switching his car from single to twin turbo and building a whole new system.
You should probably photoshop a picture of the LS1tech website onto your laptop screen in the background of your photos though.

John, this may be a dumb question but I have an oddball compressor discharge. I think my compressor cover is a knockoff.
The ID on the discharge is 3.25", and OD is 4.25". Is it just me or is this correct? I'm having the WORST time finding a 3.25" aluminum V-band that mates to 3" piping.

Do you have anything planned for a 3-4" expander for a downpipe? The only one I could find is around $70 http://www.himni-racing.com/turbo-flanges-adapters/turbo-exhaust-adapters/transition-adapter-3-v-band-to-4-pipe-stainless
