How are you going to fill that up when the bumper is on?

The PVC is lighter, easier to work with to plumb the drain, low level sensor, and fill point into. Plus a small fire bottle would not hold the 1.4 gallons the PVC does, and a large fire bottle would not fit at all.

I have plumbed a port in the top, then put in a brass hose barb, then got some 3/8 nylon line and ran it to a fill port in front of the radiator. I'll get some more detailed pics later once it is all done.

The plumbers goop should be good and dry tomorrow. Really, all I am waiting on is a pigtail harness to get to me to mate up the wiring for the low level sensor. Should have that on Monday.
