Hey guys, I have a 76mm turbo going on a 6.0 w/ ls6 cam & springs, 60# injectors, 6 speed manual, turbo specs:

Compressor Wheel 76mm
.80 a/r
4” Inlet and 2.5” Compressor Outlet
Inducer- 76.71mm
Exducer- 102.36mm
Exhaust Side

Exhaust Housing T-4 Flange
.96 ar Exhaust Housing

I need to know what size piping to use for hotside and coldside?
What size intercooler?
What size wastegate?
What size bov?
What size piping for downpipe?

-2 - 2.25" hotside piping. 2.5 - 3" coldside.
-Any intercooler with a 3" or larger core should be fine.
-Wastegate depends on how much boost you're going to run. 44mm will get you close.
-Whatever generic 50mm BOV you can find.
-3" or larger. Whatever fits.

Those should steer you pretty close to where you need to be.
I take it this is an On3 76mm?

For a 76mm:

I need to know what size piping to use for hotside and coldside?
Hotside - OEM manifolds with a 2" ID crossover
Coldside 3"

What size intercooler? Treadstone TR1045 or TR1245 work well for the price depending on which you can fit.

What size wastegate? I run two Tial MV-S 38mm due to my pipe routing. If you have the room a single 44/46 or 60 would be more then enough.

What size bov? Tial Q 50mm

What size piping for downpipe? 3.5"
