The quest for 1600+rwhp
We built this car for the customer before when he stated he wanted 1krwhp on pump gas. We had a TTIX kit and a forged LS7, Car made 1020rwhp. During the same time we were building his friends F2 procharged 4L80 C6. He asked how much power will that make? I told him hopefully around 1200rwhp. His reply was then I want 1400. We sold the engine, turbo kit etc and started from scratch. Here are the pics of the build so far.
Engine setup is an ERL 430 cubic inch with All pro LS7 heads, Jesel rockers, Billet rods etc... Will be controlled by the Holley Dominator EFI, RPM Level 6 TR6060 trans, RPM Level 4 Rear Diff, RPS Triple clutch(may not be enough) Turbos are from Jose at Forced inductions. They are 76/83 that we installed Tial V-band housings on. Precision 44mm Waste gates.
We had Ron Shearer come to our shop and build the hot side of the turbo kit. He also built the twin A2W intercoolers we will be using. Down pipes will go out the hood.

Thanks for posting this up so this must have been the reason Ron was out of his shop on assignment elsewhere when i spoke to him
I still need to give him a call back lol
Looks great so far keep it up wish i could have Ron fab up some custom stuff for me but no budget for that.
Should be a killer set-up when done what kinda fuel you using?

what are the pros and cons of the Tial V-band housings? other then less weight and diff mounting flange.
