Got the fans modded to fit the radiator and clear the hot side. It looks tight in pictures but there's about an inch between them all the way around.Name: 2B32854C-F7BB-4ECF-A7C2-CBCACA17F8BE_zpsuebmtug3.jpg

Looking good, man. You're still going to use the headlight intake, right? That is truly creative.

Hell ya I am lol. That will probably be the last thing I finish though.
Got the intercooler mounted and trimmed the foam bumper support to fit around it.

Intake came in. It's the 96mm pro comp. I know it's not the best Intake but you can't beat $220 shipped.Name: 55CC71C7-EB7C-454B-8773-82343299D7B9_zpsionqv3oa.jpg

Changed it up a little I think this will flow better and have less chance of blowing off.Name: F763990F-D8F9-4F0B-957E-599312EEBBE0_zpsjf8xortt.jpg

Get the intercooler pipes welded into solid pieces with only one silicon coupler on each end. Reduce the number of joints and seams as much as possible to eliminate any possibility of leaks.

Looks good, though. Keep it up.

I definitely will later on down the road. But I'm doing this just to get it running and get some bugs worked out as I'm sure there will be lots of little things. Then I will order some tubing and weld it all together with minimal couplers

So let's talk expectations! What can I expect out of my little gen3.5 4.8l with custom grind cam (will be contacting ljms for this) cleaned up 862's, ported and polished 96mm intake and tb, on3 7875 15-22 psi on e85, all through a 4l80 (not sure on convertor yet) and stock rear (until it gives up, then either an 8.8 or 9)

No estimates? Can I get a mid 9 out of it?

That might be pushing it. FWIW I went 9.96 @ 141 when I had a Turbonetics 7875 on my car. Granted, that was only on 15 psi. I think my car at the time had a 9.6X in it with that turbo. The 4.8 will like the 7875 a lot better than my 6.0 did though. I just recently went 9.5 @ 147 with my S480 on 15-16 lbs. My car is also fairly light being a 1SC car with no power options and the other weight that's been removed.

Finished the wastegate tubing today pretty happy with how it turned out. Now just need to blast it all and ceramic coat everything then header wrap everything and the hot side is done.

Next is to finish the radiator support and all that. Then fuel system and wiring. Then body work and paint and it's all done lol wish it was just that easy.

Thanks. Also still have to build the full exhaust decided that a full exhaust is more important than the extra 50hp for a street car.

Added a intercooler mount. The factory rebar worked but was also very ugly. This is a much cleaner set up.
