Default Stand up rad single shrouded 14" fan? Front mount turbo guys

I have been talking with HOWE Radiators about building me a custom rad setup. My stock 1987 rad/fan with no shroud combo for the most part is doing its job but at idle the temps rise. Seems worse when the car first is warming up to temp. After driving around for a while when I idle it holds decent but creeps a tad. Stock rad is 31x19x1.25?

I was planning on have HOWE set me up with a custom 31x16x3 (24x15 core) DUAL PASS with a custom shroud setup for a single 14” 2150cfm fan oddest to the driver side. (wastegates are off to the passenger side and IF/When I switch setups I will more than Likely have an S480 T6 up front.)

What’s everyone’s experience with a single fan stand up rad combo?

My other option was the exact same size rad but a griffin with summit dual 12” 3100cfm fans but these are on back order. And would also take up extra space that may be filled in the future.

Thanks for any input

Jay
