That's not anywhere close to enough info to determine.

Take your pick. High or lower compression.

Give us some more information about the build such as goals, intended use, horsepower goals, fuel type, etc.

317 head is a good boost head. Low compression is easier to manage. I'm shooting for 1000rwhp on my 6.0 with an S482. Stock 317 heads. Just springs for the bigger cam and Manley valves installed because I had them.

Your do realize that "stage" means absolutely nothing unless you're talking about a specific manufacturer, right?

I would contact one of the members here Jarret which is stock48, LMJS, tick, and a couple other guys. I went with Jarret because he has the same motor as mine in a heavy old Nova running 8:02 so I let him design mine. So for 75 more dollars you can get one that's built for you

depending on the turbo setup/exhaust setup. the cam mains job will be managing backpressure. can't randomly pick a "stage", well you shouldn't.

No, at least not for a single turbo setup.

I'm using this one from Tick for my turbo 6.0 http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...1-ls6-engines/

Best bet is to contact them and see which one they would recommend for your combination.

Thats a fairly large cam for what you're looking for.

Good luck.

Sounds pretty good to me. I have heard my cam is a bit big for my setup/goals also though.
