im in montana, currently hit a little snag with the huron speed intercooler, the 3" outlet basically runs into the headlight bucket, i could probably lay it back and make it work but i ordered a tread stone 968hp intercooler with the outlet coming out the top and ill run the charge pipe over the top of the radiator with the core support modified it will be much easier and a straight shot to the intake, i leave for vegas tomorrow for the week so hopefully the new cooler will come in while im gone

small update, treadstone intercooler came in, ordered a motor plate from aei so once that comes in ill finish welding the last of the cold side and do downpipes, downpipes were going to be a nightmare with out the front plate so now ill run them where the motor mounts used to be

Sick build, you gonna try and get a curved elbow or add a slight bend to that intake tube?

the end that goes into the throttle body is actually cut at an angle and is swelled from huron speed so i just used that angle to help me get to the IC, i looks funky like its just jammed in there but its actually a pretty smooth transition

small update, got the down pipes going my way after slicing and dicing for what seemed like hours, the passenger side dumps by the trans right now and the driver side will drop underneath the oil pan between the k member and pan and then merge to 3.5 to follow the stock exhaust route till it meets up with my 4" out the back, also started on the tubbing, using a wolfe 4th gen kit i got the passenger side about done and was able to tuck a 345/30/19 pretty easily with about 3/4 to 1'' of clearance on the inner tub, need to do the drivers still and weld in my mounts for the coilovers

Very interested in this build. Doing similar Myself. Going from boosted 400+cube SBC to 6.0 with f1 Procharger. Very much like this. But in a bird. Now you got me looking into the mini tub kit. Wasn't familiar with that one. Was anything lost during install? Must you do a cell?? I'm also stuck between struts/shocks/springs OR Coil overs? I want to maintain some type of ride quality.

the mini tub kit is pretty straight forward but you will lose your factory rear seat (could modify the seat frame to fit). not sure how the interior panels will go back but ill trim the panel and carpet the tub if i have to, stock tank is fine, im doing a coilover kinda near the stock shock location, but at a minimum you would have to do the wolfe spring kit which uses a smaller diameter coil spring and locater
