Default What stall w/daily driven turbo setup???

What size stall if any should be used on a daily driven turbo street application, that would be ran at the track fairly frequently.

I think a lot of that is personal prefferance, what kind of fuel economy do you expect? what speeds do you drive the most?

I would still want decent mileage. I drive it at all speeds. Usually 10-15 over the speed limit though. Im in the city but am always on the highways as well.

A lockup converter will keep (most of) your fuel mileage, especially if a fair portion of your drive is steady speeds above the lockup speed. Keep in mind turbo cars also don't need as high of a stall speed, since they work off engine load and help build gobs of torque which will raise the stall speed above "advertised" stall anyway.
