Default Max Boost On Stock LS1 Bottom end?

How much boost can the stock LS1 bottom end handle??
I have:
D1SC Running between 10-11 PSI....Made 543 at the wheels with a safe tune.
LS1 Edit
42 pound injectors
255 lph inline pump
Cam, springs, retainers, pushrods.
The motor has 42,000 miles on it. ( 3-4k on blower)
I was thinking about squezzing another pound out of it but I dont know if it can take anymore!

I wouldn't push it past 10lbs. Instead, iron out other restrictions in the motor such as exhaust or better cam. Maybe throw on some 6.0 heads. 60lb injectors should also be in the cards soon as well.

I'd say you are at the limit. 10 psi seems to be pretty safe. Anything higher is being on borrowed time.

I'd leave it. Seems like above that might be the threshold for the stock pistons, but maybe someone more knowledgeable can challenge my generalization.

Remember, in Mustangs for example, 450rwhp is pushing it with the stock pistons. At 550-600rwhp we should be more than happy.

Yep. I wouldn't push it farther at this point! Swap some cheap 6.0 heads on there and get a meth kit. That will help your longevity a little bit!
