Default TURBINE housing swap?

is it common practice to swap turbine housings?
assuming that I would retain the same brand and trim
say .69A/R , P-trim from a .81A/R , P-trim
since the turbine wheel is the same...

Yes we swap turbine housings for our customers all the time. Most housings are interchangeable.

Do you have an extra .81 a/r that you're taking off? I'm looking for two if so. I have two new .69 a/r housings if someone would want to trade.
